Every device we sell includes a unique serial number and authenticity scratch-off code that can be verified directly on the manufacturer's official website.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I return a product if I have already used it?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on e-liquids, coils, or used tanks. However, we offer a specialized 'Lightly Used' return policy for select high-end vaporizers within 14 days.
