Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and spare parts are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
